Why not join one or more of the many classes we offer at Fitness for Women? We welcome drop-ins anytime — just $15 per class or buy a "Classy Lady Card" and get a discount for multiple classes. This is a great deal you can't pass up! Take a look at the classes we offer:

Zumba:  Get fit with a Latin flavor.  This class combines cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue into one FUN and AWESOME workout!

Step 'N' Tube: Hi energy workout featuring Step and Tube intervals.  Hi and lo options.
 
Bender Ball:
Hot new core training class cranking up the intensity and working abs and back from all angles.
 
Step I: A great low impact Step workout.  Get the intense workout without the jumps!


Aerobics: An aerobic workout to enhance your fitness level, improving cardio-respiratory systems and toning muscles. Fun Class! Creative choreography!

Body Sculpt: This class promotes a toned, buffed look. Full body moves performed with control. Incorporates moderate weights and other props to isolate muscle groups.

Cardio Kickboxing: This is a hi-impact, high-intensity workout. Enjoy punching and kicking moves to upbeat, motivational music mixes. Burn lots of calories!


Belly Dancing for Fitness: Instruction by Fatima. Tone your abdominal and back muscles while learning a dance routine. The class uses hip scarves and veils. This is a fun class! Get 4-week session for $55 for club members, or pay $65 for non-members.

Hi/Lo Circuit: This incorporates 60 to 120 seconds of machine use with intervals of low-medium cardio training using the Step or Aerobic moves. Kick your circuit workout up a notch with this instructor led class!

Mat Flex: Increase your flexibility through a half-hour of stretching all major muscle groups. The class may use bands.

Pilates: A focused form of exercising that will strengthen and tone. The movements are controlled and repetitive to help balance the body. Some props are used.

Power ABS: Join this class for a half-hour of toning. We focus primarily on abdominal strength. Mat or stability ball may be used, as well as light free weights.

Shape & Tone: This class is a full body sculpt and toning session. Breathing is emphasized during weight bearing sequences. Wake up all your major muscle groups!

Stability Ball: Enjoy this great workout to improve core strength and increase muscle conditional. All major muscle groups are targeted. We use emphasis on innovative uses of the ball. Get on the Ball!


Step Aerobics: A high energy intense cardio workout using the Step platform. Learn new combination moves and refresh some of your old moves. The Step Class Rocks!

Tight Abs/Firm Buns: Try this half-hour class focused on firming and toning. Mat work includes leg lifts, some ankle weights, and free weights.

Tone-Up: Tone and strengthen the upper body using weights, tubes, and bands. We also do abdominal segment using floor mats. We use emphasis on effectively isolating specific muscle groups.

Yoga: All levels can take this class. Focus on breathing with movement as yoga postures are formed. A towel and small pillow are used as props.

Personal Training: Get one-on-one and group sessions for your personal training needs. This includes fitness assessment testing, body composition screening, and individualized exercise prescription and nutrition guidance. Develop your Best body!
